UP TO $1,500,000 OF CIVIL PROTECTION WITH $250,000 IN CRIMINAL DEFENSE
NRA Carry Guard members with insurance receive up to $1,500,000 of civil protection and $250,000 in criminal defense costs, with up to 20% of the criminal defense costs limit available as supplementary payments for expenses. Be wary of any provider that claims to offer full criminal defense funding up front: Not only is this likely unnecessary, but such policies would be void in the event of a conviction. Most criminal defense attorneys will not require payment of final bills until after your case ends—at which time the rest of your criminal defense protection is available if you were acquitted or the case was dismissed. *The coverage provided pursuant to the policy for defense, settlement and supplementary payments in criminal proceedings may be limited by applicable law. For example, under California law, the advancement of defense and associated expenses when there is a criminal proceeding is prohibited other than in Federal proceedings.
 
INDIVIDUAL INSURANCE LIMITS
Each NRA Carry Guard member with insurance receives individual insurance protection up to the dollar amount indicated by their coverage level. Unlike some group protection plans, limits are not shared with other NRA Carry Guard insurance members—so you will always receive full and complete coverage, regardless of how many claims are made by other members with insurance.
 
ACCESS AS NEEDED TO SUPPLEMENTARY PAYMENTS
Access to payments for bail, bonds, legal retainer fees, and legal referrals. NRA Carry Guard insurance will also provide payment for the lawful replacement of your seized firearm, property restoration for your primary residence, loss of earning while in court and psychological support. *The coverage provided pursuant to the policy for defense, settlement and supplementary payments in criminal proceedings may be limited by applicable law. For example, under California law, the advancement of defense and associated expenses when there is a criminal proceeding is prohibited other than in Federal proceedings.
