A chicken with a yellow beak, red comb on top of the head, and red wattle (under the chin). Not to be mistaken with the rooster emoji.

Sometimes used as a turkey emoji for Thanksgiving or Christmas.

Chicken was approved as part of Unicode 6.0 in 2010.
