How we work
Communication
We sit together and talk to each other directly. For remote team members, we use Slack, the great tool for team and private chat. We rarely use Skype or mobile phones, unless talking with the customers and partners.
Company meetup
We get the whole company together once a year for several days to brainstorm the broad strategy as well as to hang out and enjoy spending time with people we work with all day.
In addition to all company meetup, we have team get together at different industry conferences. Do we mention that we’re the organizer of Hanoi WordPress meetup?
Last but not least, you can join our small daily training courses to improve your knowledge and skill. Be a better guy everyday!
Our development process
We work hard and smart. We use and built automation tools to make the work easier, safer and faster. All projects are hosted on Bitbucket. We use Git, NodeJS, SSH, PHPStorm, Sublime Text and several tools that can speedup the development.
We also build a automated deploy system that can make you forget about FTP!
