Release notes

New version of Spark, includes:

- Backported proposed D8 toolbar from #1137920: Fix toolbar on small screen sizes and redesign toolbar for desktop
- Aloha now working on back-end forms, as well as front-end forms.
- Lots and lots of clean-up. Still more to do though. :)
- Probably some other things I forget now; sorry, it's very late. :D

Release notes

- Updated to latest releases of CTools, JSON2, and Panels to address security vulnerabilities.
- Newer and much more lovelier WYSIWYG toolbar! Works well in mobile.
- Brand spanking new feature: mobile previews! Layout module now exposes breakpoints on the front end and allows you to preview your site content at 320px, 720px, etc. This is totally, utterly NOT ready yet but shows the basic ideas around our thinking.
