Fan Bao is the founder and chief executive officer of China Renaissance, an independent investment bank that has served the financing needs of some of China’s most successful e-commerce, gaming, social networking and mobile services companies. Fan began his career with global investment banks in the late 1990’s at the beginning of the Internet era. Inspired by his clients’ entrepreneurial zeal, Fan briefly left banking to join a young telecom software company in China as chief strategy officer. He later began China Renaissance to provide capital-raising and strategic advice to entrepreneurs using the Internet and information technology to create high-growth business models. To date, China Renaissance has advised on approximately US$24 billion in transactions, including initial public offerings, M&A and angel and venture capital fundraising

Anna is the Partner and CEO of ZhenFund where she oversees ZhenFund’s investments, portfolio management and operations. Since joining ZhenFund in 2011, Anna has managed over 100 seed stage investments in the TMT and education sectors. She also sits on the Board of many of ZhenFund’s investments. Before joining ZhenFund, Anna worked at GE China in Corporate Business Development. She started her career as an investment banker with J.P. Morgan in New York. Anna was named one of the 40 Under 40 Investors by China’s Entrepreneur Magazine in 2014. Anna received her undergraduate degree from Columbia University, and a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Raj Ganguly is a Founding Partner of B Capital Group. Previously, Mr. Ganguly co-founded and served as a Managing Partner at Velos Partners, a venture capital firm with offices in Los Angeles, Singapore and London. At Velos, he led numerous venture investments and served on the boards of Surf Air, Silvercar and Pong. Prior to founding Velos, Mr. Ganguly spent six years at Bain Capital investing and driving operational excellence in consumer-focused companies across the U.S. and Asia. Earlier in his career, he was with McKinsey & Company, Diageo plc. and Miradiant, one of the first internet payment startups. Currently, Mr. Ganguly serves as an external consultant (‘Senior Advisor”) to The Boston Consulting Group.

Dr. Goertzel is the Chief Scientist of Hanson Robotics and is a foremost expert in Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), which aims to create thinking machines with general cognitive capability. He serves as Chairman of the AGI Society, and has held executive roles at Novamente LLC, Biomind LLC, and Webmind Inc., and has served as faculty at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, the University of Western Australia, Waikato University in New Zealand, the City University of New York, and the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. He has published nearly 20 scientific books and well over 100 scientific research papers. Dr, Goertzel was born in Rio de Janeiro and holds a PhD degree in mathematics from Temple University in Philadelphia, USA.

Bob Greifeld assumed leadership of Nasdaq in 2003, when the company’s primary business was operating one equity market in the U.S. Today, Nasdaq is a leading participant in the exchange and technology sector, delivering trading, listing, intelligence, and public company services across six continents.
During his tenure, Mr. Greifeld has led Nasdaq through a series of complex, innovative acquisitions that have extended the company’s footprint across the world, spanning all asset classes. In 2008, he led the Exchange’s combination with Stockholm-based OMX AB, as well as acquisitions of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, the Boston Stock Exchange and Nord Pool, Europe’s largest power market. Nasdaq owns and operates 26 markets, one clearinghouse and five central securities depositories across the U.S. and Europe. Its technology drives more than 70 marketplaces worldwide. In January 2009, Nasdaq was named “Company of the Year” by Forbes magazine. Also in 2009, Nasdaq was ranked as one of the best performing companies in the U.S. as part of the BusinessWeek 50, and it was named to Fortune Magazine’s annual list of 100 Fastest Growing Companies.
Mr. Greifeld has been a strong advocate for modernizing exchanges and financial regulation to keep America’s capital markets competitive. He has also called for CEOs to embrace sound, modern regulation as consistent with good business practices. Mr. Greifeld has been outspoken on a number of issues, including long-term U.S. fiscal debt, corporate tax reform, and the nation’s outmoded immigration policy, citing each as harmful to U.S. innovation and business growth.
Prior to joining Nasdaq, Mr. Greifeld was an Executive Vice President at SunGard Data Systems, Inc. (“SunGard”), where he was responsible for all of SunGard’s sell-side businesses and its buy-side transaction routing businesses. Mr. Greifeld joined SunGard in 1999 through SunGard’s acquisition of Automated Securities Clearance, Inc. (“ASC”). From 1991-1999, Mr. Greifeld was the President and Chief Operating Officer at ASC.

Michael Gross is the Vice Chairman of WeWork, a platform for creators, providing the space, community, and services needed to make a life, not just a living. Michael joined the company in 2013. Previously, at the young age of 36, Michael took on the lead role at Morgans Hotel Group as Chief Executive Officer. Morgans oversees properties in New York, Los Angeles, Boston, San Francisco, Miami and London. Michael originally joined Morgans’ Board of Directors in 2009 as a nominee of Yucaipa American Alliance Fund. From 1998 to 2007, Michael focused on consumer and real estate companies with various investment and research roles at Prentice Capital Management, S.A.C. Capital Advisors, Lehman Brothers Inc., Salomon Smith Barney and Granite Partners. Michael graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.

Vikas Jain is the Co-Founder of Micromax Informatics Limited. He has over 14 years of experience in international business & planning and the information technology sector. Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, Vikas was associated with renowned companies like TELCO, GE and Daewoo. Vikas is an ardent sports lover and an adventure person, he loves badminton, cricket and snooker and activities such as parasailing, scuba diving, ocean walks and fast cars. An avid traveler, Vikas has a fetish for Lebanese and Chinese cuisines. During his leisure time he loves listening to music and watching movies. Vikas is an alumnus of Jamia Millia University from where he completed his engineering degree.

As executive vice president of business development, Peggy Johnson is responsible for driving strategic business deals and cultivating relationships with innovation partners. This includes key customers, the venture capital and startup communities, OEMs, mobile operators, third-party publishers and industry influencers. Prior to this role, Johnson spent 24 years at Qualcomm where she held various leadership positions across engineering, sales, marketing and business development. Most recently, Johnson served as executive vice president of Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., and president of global market development. Johnson also served as a member of Qualcomm’s executive committee.
Prior to joining Qualcomm, Johnson worked as an engineer for General Electric’s Military Electronics Division. Johnson earned her bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from San Diego State University.

Pete Lau is Founder and CEO of OnePlus. Since graduating from Zhejiang University in 1998, Pete has gained nearly 20 years of experience in consumer technology product management. Pete founded OnePlus in December 2013 to fulfill his dream of building an open and collaborative platform. Their debut smartphone, the OnePlus One, was hailed by TIME as the ‘phone of dreams’. In 2015, OnePlus released the OnePlus 2, which Fortune called ‘one of the best smartphones you can buy’, alongside its own operating systems, OxygenOS and HydrogenOS, which remain true to the goal of delivering a pure Android experience with powerful enhancements. Later that year OnePlus launched the OnePlus X, a smaller device featuring a new range of premium build materials for design-conscious customers.

Jenny Lee joined GGV Capital in 2005 and was instrumental in setting up operations in China. Jenny invests in consumer internet and SaaS companies, especially those in the mobile, social, IoT, finance, and education sectors. She led GGV’s investments in hiSoft (NASDAQ: PACT), 21Viane t (NASDAQ: VNET), SinoSun (SHE: 300333), YY (NASDAQ: YY), andUCWeb (acquired by Alibaba). Jenny currently serves on the boards of eHang Technology, Zepp, Chukong Technologies, Kingsoft WPS, Yingying Finance, 51zhangdan, and Xiaozhan. Jenny holds MS and BS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Jenny has been on the Forbes Midas List for four years running and was #10 on the 2015 list, the highest ranking ever for a woman.

Zhen Liu is Head of Strategy at Uber China, based in Beijing. She oversees corporate strategy for Uber China and leads Uber China’s strategic development, including government relations, public affairs, and business development. Prior to joining Uber, Zhen was a corporate counsel at a renowned Silicon Valley law firm, and has advised tech companies both in the US and in China on fundraising, mergers and acquisitions and IPOs. Zhen has a law degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

Nick is the Group President of Garena, Southeast Asia’s largest internet and mobile company. He joined Garena in 2014 after 10 years with General Atlantic, most recently as the Chief Executive Officer of GA’s Southeast Asia business. Prior to GA, Nick was a consultant with McKinsey in New York. He received an MBA from Stanford in 2007, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar and co-led the MBA exchange program with Tsinghua University. He received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University in 2000. Nick is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Working Group on Local Capital Markets Integration and Business Working Group for Indonesia, the Young President’s Organisation, the global Kauffman Society, and is a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Eduardo Saverin is a Founding Partner of B Capital Group. Mr. Saverin was previously the first investor in and co-founder of Facebook. Today, Facebook, as a publicly traded company with a market cap surpassing $250 billion. Mr. Saverin is squarely focused on investing in the next wave of technological innovation. As a technology investor and mentor, he has advised and worked closely with an array of companies of all sizes and stages. Mr. Saverin sits on the boards of several companies, including, but not limited to, Jumio, 99.co and Bilna and serves as a board observer to Silvercar and Hopscotch. He was the Anchor LP of Velos Partners.

Jing Wang is Senior Vice President of Baidu, Chairman of Technical Strategy Committee and General Manager of Autonomous Driving Unit. Since joining Baidu in 2010, Mr. Wang has led strategic initiatives in the areas of mobile, big data and cloud computing. Under his leadership, Baidu’s R&D Center in Shenzhen was launched, as well as Baidu’s U.S. Development Center and Institute of Deep Learning. From 2010-2015, Mr. Wang led development of commercial products and technologies for Phoenix Nest, Baidu’s web advertising platform. Prior to Baidu, Mr. Wang held senior positions at Alibaba, eBay China and Google China. Mr. Wang has a BS degree from the University of Science and Technology of China and MS degrees from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and the University of Florida.

Richard Yu is the CEO of Huawei’s Consumer Business Group, responsible for the commmunication and implementation of the Group’s overall business strategy, performance and growth. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Huawei Technologies. Mr. Yu began his career at Huawei in 1993. During his career, he has held a variety of senior management roles in both China and Europe, covering carrier networks and now smart consumer devices. Today, Huawei is the world’s third largest smartphone provider by units shipped and more recently entered the wearables and hybrid laptop/tablet marketplaces. Mr. Yu holds a Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University in Bejing, China.

Zijian Li is the Senior Director of International Strategy at Didi Chuxing (Didi). He oversees the company’s global business development, strategic partnerships, and international operations. Mr. Li also leads Didi’s corporate business analytics team. Prior to Didi, Mr. Li was a Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group working with multinational and domestic clients in the technology sector. Mr. Li also worked at Tesla Motors in California where he and his colleagues developed the electric vehicle’s charging system. Mr. Li received his Ph.D. in semiconductor and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering and management science from Stanford University, and B.S. from Tsinghua University.
