Biography:

I've been a windows user throughout my life, and like many people in Pakistan, didn't even know

that there exist an operating system called Linux. Then I saw it in my brother's computer; first
Redhat and then Ubuntu and thought it's only for computer professionals. 

After some time I tried it; and Linuxmint was first distro of Linux I used, and loved it.

I've been trying to move my friends and family from proprietary software to freewares, ever since I 
started using mint. But it's not an easy task. Because in Pakistan almost no one pays for any
software, which is, whether basically free or proprietary.

Hope that someday they might become able to differentiate between ethical free software and
proprietary softwares.
