Okay, lazyweb. I am currently using the iOS app Watcht for my Trakt client. There are a ton of options available. Does anyone have preferences or recommendations? Watcht is decent so far, but I am open to alternatives.
There is a new Markdown editor for iOS and macOS called Strike that looks pretty interesting โย http://strike-app.com. Sadly, there is no trial version, and I'm unlikely to buy without being able to kick the tires first.
Finally figured out the perfect temp for sous vide pork chops: 139F. Tonightโs chops were cooked for three hours, and were seasoned with salt, pepper, olive oil, garlic, and horseradish mustard. Finished in a cast iron skillet and served with Parmesan creamed spinach. ๐
That was as impressive a beat down as Iโve seen in quite some time. Glad my teams are in the ACC Coastal division! Congrats, Clemson! ๐
Just mixed myself a perfect whiskey sour:
2oz. bourbon whiskey
ยพ oz lemon juice
ยพ oz simple syrup
1 egg white
Shake with ice. Strain into a chilled glass. I used a stevia/erythritol sweetener instead of sugar to keep it keto friendly. Delish!

Finally watching the Rams game after my trip. That pass that Goff made to B. Cooks to set up the TD before the half was elite. Itโs amazing how good Goff can be so early in his career! ๐
McVay is such a fantastic offensive mind! The tricky reverse play that set up the Ramsโ second TD was shockingly good play design. A thing of beauty. ๐
Just saw the finish and wow! Amazing win! That kick would have been good from 70. Yes, I saw the awful no-call. But, with two minutes left and a tie game, both teams had to fight to win, and I have no doubt the better team won. ๐

Can someone please invent a biodegradable disposable drinking straw that is better than the terrible paper monstrosities that are now dominating the market? Soggy, wet paper straws are gross.
