I used LogMeIn for several years, and I'm really upset by how greedy and unloyal they have become. In the past I used TeamViewer also, and really liked, but bearing in mind the latest news regarding vulnerability found I will not return to it.
Now I've turned 100% Radmin: www.radmin.com and I'm really satisfied.

TeamViewer has been hacked and they are denying it.

After a recent auto-update, 1000s of people's computers have been remoted into. Losses of $1000s have been recorded.

See the reddit thread and uninstall immediately until fixed.

i haven't got a problem with it, i use it all the time and works fine.

now they are basically forcing you to pay, i don't like it anymore, i'll start looking for a good alternative that has a free version. I think they are taking advantage of the users and the fact that it has some many right now.

With the advent of Teamviewer 11, they began imposing a 3 hour time limit on connections. So, even when you set your timeout to unlimited, it will close your connection at 3 hours. Of course, this limit goes away if you pay for a "professional" version. This is their way of getting those of us who use TV for personal use to pay for a professional version, which is not going to happen. Thus, TV will lose many, many users, which is perhaps what they are targeting. The only way to get professional versions licensed to a company in this crowded market, is to get many, many personal users, which ultimately gets some people who have purchasing power or influence, to like their software. Forcing users to quit their RDP by imposing a 3 hour time limit on the "free" version connection is not the way into corporate use. And, not so strangely, they never even would admit to imposing a time limit when they came out with version 11, and kept suggesting there was some unexplained issue with my local setup. This all is not a good sign for Teamviewer. I keep all my personal computers at home connected to my one main notebook computer and cannot stand when they timeout at 3 hours, leaving their multiple ads on remote and local machine. I won't be staying with TeamViewer. They have gone down a bad path.

No doubts this is one of the best apps on the market. BUT the prices are going through the roof.
For those looking for a worthy alternative, you definitely want to use this Aeroadmin
A sort of TV initial release but 10 times or even more CHEAPER with FREE version for business use.

i have used this several times and the only thing that i don't like is that is really slow sometimes. That should be improved

i have been using this for quite a long time and it has always worked fine, helps a lot and i think is definitely worth it
