Airbnb allows hosts to choose among three standardized cancellation policies (Flexible, Moderate, and Strict) that we enforce to protect both hosts and guests. The Long Term cancellation policy automatically applies to all reservations of 28 nights or more.

A host's cancellation policy can be found in the Cancellations section of their listing page. Guests will also be asked to agree to the host's cancellation policy when they make a booking.

You can cancel a reservation and review any penalties by going to Trips, tapping the reservation and scrolling down to Cancel Reservation.
