Feel free to contact me at any time during normal business hours (8am – 4pm EST), Monday through Friday. If your inquiry comes in after normal business hours you probably will not get a response until the next business day unless it is an emergency. I work hard, and want to play and rest just as hard, too.

Development Projects

All questions and concerns about active projects and those development projects within 30 days of launch should be posted as a new message item within Basecamp. It is the best place to keep all communication in one place.

Billing Questions

If you have any questions or comments about payment processing or an invoice, please send a message through the SIX15 billing system. You may pay your outstanding invoice via check, money order, or online. If paying online, processing is secured via Stripe credit card handling.
