What does proactive SEO updates include? First we'll research which keywords will be most beneficial for you. We'll then work every month to make sure your website is optimized for all SEO best practices - including site speed, responsive design, meta tags, title tags, image keywords, and body text keywords. We also make sure your site is listed correctly on Google Places and Facebook Pages for help with local SEO. Lastly, we'll check your targeted keywords every month to make sure they are still relevant.

What does premium local SEO listings include? For our Business Plan customers, we will get your business listed in over a dozen premium directory websites including Bing, Best of the Web, SuperPages, and Foursquare. These premium directories will help increase your visibility on all major search engines whenever people in your area search online for the types of services you provide.

How much support do I get each month for Squarespace updates? We've found that 95% of clients generally only need a few small updates each month. If you end up needing more we're happy to help but we obviously have some limit on our capacity. We have more capacity for our Business Plan customers, but we generally assume our clients will be reasonable with their volume of support requests :) If you are approaching our limit for a given month we'll always let you know ahead of time so you're not surprised. Keep in mind, the less support requests you send us the more time we can work on improving your SEO.

Can you help finish my Squarespace site? If you just need a few minor tweaks or changes then yes. If you need us to redesign most of your site or add multiple pages, then your best bet would be to purchase our Website Package. You also get a lifetime 50% discount off our Business Plan if you purchase a Website Package from us!

How do we communicate? Our normal working hours are Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm ET and we're off during national holidays. We communicate mostly through email. If you want to have a phone or Skype call we're happy to schedule one but you'll need to be subscribed to our Business Plan first.

How will you help me with MailChimp? For our Business Plan customers, we'll be on call to send out your MailChimp email newsletters every month. We'll create professional email templates, manage your lists, and send the emails for you. You just need to supply the raw content you want sent.

How will you help me with blog posts? After you supply us with the raw content, we can design, format, and upload the blog posts to your site for you.

How will you help me with eCommerce? We can add new products for you or update your existing products based on your requests. We can also troubleshoot any technical issues you're having with your store.

How do I cancel the monthly subscription? You can cancel any time! Simply send an email to [email protected] letting us know. Otherwise, we'll assume you want to stay subscribed. We don't offer any refunds for previous charges.
