I went there yesterday for my birthday with two co-workers/friends and had a blast. The drinks were delicious, the appetizers were good, the food was not too good. The waiter, Kimo/Khemo (sp?), was awesome. He checked up on us frequently, made sure we had everything we needed, and spoiled the birthday girl. :-) I have not had that much fun in a long time and really did not want to leave. Should have gone back for the Sunday brunch. Maybe I can squeeze in an extra birthday this year. ;-) Absolutely love the atmosphere and am planning on going back. Of course, I would have to request Kimo/Khemo as my waiter. Thank you for making my birthday so special.

Ok so I'm about to write a book! I've watched every Cake Boss & every episode of the Next Great Baker. I've been waiting to try his food since I first saw the show. I live about 70 miles from the shop and I've been three times. The first time I got in was the day before opening day. Best day ever! I went April 1st and today (April 7th). April 1st we waited outside for about 45 mins and 30 mins inside. Today I didn't have to wait outside but waited maybe 30 mins today. That was getting in, placing our orders and getting our items. My mother n law was given the wrong cake today by mistake but when we told them, they immediately gave her the right one and apologized for the mishap, but considering how busy they have been the past couple of weeks we understood. It's loud in there and it was hard for the employees to hear us. I've placed an order over the phone twice (which I think is placed at the Hoboken location and they send it to Dallas) they've told me to head straight to the register with my email and they'd take care of me no waiting in line. But I couldn't go without buying more so I stood in line to purchase more food. People say it's stupid to drive so far just for desserts and what not, but it's no different than people standing in line on Black Friday for cheaper electronics and toys. I think it's worth the drive but that's my opinion and I'm a BIG fan and I'll go back there every chance I get!!!! I have two kids who are dying to meet Buddy so we will keep trying to go back with hopes of them meeting him. I knew I'd never make it to his shop in New Jersey so I'm glad he opened one in Dallas! It's still a little ways away but I don't have to take a plane to get there! I believe the reason opening day was so bad is because he took the time to meet everyone who came through the door which he didn't have to do but that's the kind of person he is and that's y we love him!

I like the place! We went to the Social D show, which was the opening & it had it's problems. On Thursday we went to the COC, Mastodon & Clutch show, bought tickets that put us in the VIP Red room. Totally worth it to see it from there & not on the floor. Only problem is the reason we did this is so we didn't have to deal with the crowd. I'm all for people having a good time & getting excited about the music but there was a group of guy's just being D-bags. The whole group was totally sh*tfaced, tried to start moshing & falling all over people. If a fight broke out in that space everyone is going down, because there isn't no where to go. One kid in that group had two bottles of liquor, just tipping it back getting more drunk & stupid with every drink. I know security has a ton going on but I don't want to be in the middle of a brawl because someone finally gets tired of jackasses like that. That being said we're coming back to the venue to see more shows!

We continue to enjoy DSM musicals! Having said that, summer time is not the only time to come and enjoy the wonderful shows. The Christmas season is a special time to come together with our friends at State Fair Music Hall. Elf was a happy upbeat show for all ages and the brilliant colored costume designs really added to our enjoyment!

It's beautiful and people from all walks of life. A great place to picnic with the family and kids or just a walk with man's best friend.

Even James, my 14 year old son, was amazed at the simply wondrous treasures held here. Some dated back to 10000 bc. I was particularly interested in the Ancient Mesopotamia and Egyptian exhibits since I focused my history in college on these areas. Loved the statues and the area where people and kids can go draw their own impressions of a few exhibits. I have never been to a museum that contained such a broad historical period. I want to go back myself to see the Irving photo collection... love his work.

I love northpark. I've worked at this mall for almost 4 years now and there is little I can say negative about the mall itself. The security team is awesome and easy to approach and always there when you need them, the facilities are spotlessly clean at all times, the new art director Taylor is absolutely amazing at what she does, the collection of stores is always ahead of its time, etc. I can't say enough good things about northpark center.

One of the best brew tours in Dallas texas! The beers are top notch and can go head to head with ANY others in the industry. Food trucks on site on the weekends and the taproom is open during the week. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Live music Most weekends. Good time for sure. Keep a look out for community market days where several vendors are out! Great brews, better people!
