Clinicians and Researchers Collaborating (CLARC)
Purpose
The CLARC program is an online network that promotes research partnerships between clinicians and researchers. Any ASHA member can participate.
What is a CLARC Collaboration?
- A specific type of collaboration that involves a research partnership between clinical practitioners and researchers.
- Nonhierarchical (each partner is of equal status vs. mentor-mentee relationship).
- Each partner contributes unique expertise and makes a valuable contribution.
Get Involved
Enroll
Enroll as a clinician or researcher. The CLARC network will create a CLARC profile with your professional information as well as areas of interest, experience, and expertise.
Collaborate
Search for and contact potential collaborators in the CLARC network. Manage communications with collaborators through your CLARC profile.
Engage
Access the CLARC Community. Utilize collaboration resources in the CLARC Community library to develop and sustain a successful partnership. Connect informally with other clinicians and researchers in the discussion forum.
