Resolved - An issue was resolved with our Authorize.Net integration that prevented payments from being processed. Submission data was not affected. The cause of this issue stemmed from a broken dependency of Authorize.Net's official SDK that we use to process Authorize.Net payments through Formstack.

Any submissions/payments that were unable to complete the redirect to Authorize.Net would not have posted to the payment gateway and therefore did not process a payment transaction. Form submissions were not affected so your data has been saved to your Formstack account.

We have wrapped the patch for the Authorize.Net redirect issue and have released it to the live site and we are continuing to monitor. For Authorize.Net Users, there are no action items needed on your part to implement the fix, rather the fix is in effect for all Forms and Accounts.

Identified - We believe we have located an issue relating to the dependency of the Authorize.Net PHP SDK which was breaking the redirect action. We have added the missing classes to the package now and are testing the corrective action internally. More updates to come shortly.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing an issue with Authorize.net breaking Form redirects which prevents the Form from redirecting to the appropriate page upon submit.  This may result in payments collected through the Form not posting to your integrated Authorize.Net account. Our Developers are working on this with highest priority and we hope to have this resolved very soon however we do not have an ETA at this time.

We apologize for any inconvenience and will post updates just as soon as we have more details and a synopsis once the fix has been released to the live site. We understand the urgency and appreciate your patience while we investigate and work towards the resolution.

Resolved - The Form View counts are updating in a timely manner again. We do not yet have a specific ETA on when we'll process the jobs that were in the queue when the problems began, but we're planning to do it tonight or tomorrow morning.

Update - Form View counts are beginning to catch up. They should be fully caught up in the next 30 minutes to an hour.

Monitoring - Integrations and emails are running properly. There is currently a delay on the Form View counts updating, but we're working on that. Additionally, there were about 7400 jobs in the queue that we manually removed from the queue and will process manually later.

Update - Our engineers are working on a possible solution right now. We'll update this once it's been performed and we can verify.

Investigating - We're experiencing some issues with our background task server which will lead to deliverability issues for emails and some integrations. Additionally, this is putting additional strain on our application servers so there may be intermittent timeouts there as we're investigating the root cause.
