The only thing Leo might like better than models

Leo DiCaprio chose the environment over models this week.

The star jetted back from Cannes to accept an honor at the Riverkeeper Fishermen’s Ball in New York, rather than stay for the annual amfAR auction in France, where gorgeous guests included Karlie Kloss, Doutzen Kroes, Izabel Goulart and Bella Hadid.

Robert De Niro also returned from the Cannes Film Festival, where he’d debuted his Harvey Weinstein-produced film “Hands of Stone,” in order to be honored at the environmental event along with Ralph Lauren, who was given the Big Fish award by Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Lauren said, “Like Riverkeeper, next year, our company celebrates our 50th anniversary.” The gala raised more than $1.6 million.
