Early this morning, Sensus Healthcare's (SRTSU) up-sized 2.0 million share IPO priced at $5.50, below the $6.25 expected price. The deal was originally expected to consist of 1.8 million shares, but, even with the modest bump higher, the gross proceeds of $11.0 million were slightly less than the first estimate of $11.25 million. The good news is, the stock has performed pretty well out of the gate so far. Specifically, it opened for trading at $5.77 and has ran as high as $6.50, good for an 18% gain versus the IPO price.
