DevOps, Software Engineering, Free/Open Source + Open Web advocate and Physics Graduate Student and Lab Instructor at PSU, in various orders throughout the year.
I graduated with a B.S. in Physics from Humboldt State University where I helped study gravity and locate undiscovered galaxies.
After, I moved to Portland, OR to attend PSU's Applied Physics PhD Program and continue my training as a Physicist.

This realization led me to a job at the PSU:OIT - Academic Research Computing department where I professionally develop various software projects and administer the schools research servers and Linux clusters.
I am working towards completing my Masters in December, 2014 by finishing the Remotely Operable Scanning Electron Microscope project in the Sanchez Nano Development Lab.
