    Cool I need of a Javascript Pro!

    Hello all! I am looking for a javascript developer, I mean someone that knows it inside and out. I currently have an issue I need help with, the code is 95% there but there are 1 or 2 bugs in it that I need resolved for a client ASAP! So...I have a $100 to the developer that can get this working right.
    the site is located here:

    Canyon Creek

    Issue 1
    currently when you rollover the rooftops the change color, no issues...when you click on the rooftop..a bootstrap modal appears..no issues...however, when you close that modal...nothing is clickable, if you refresh the page everything works once again. I have tried refreshing the div nothing happens...

    Issue 2
    the rollovers are not being triggered, probably fixed much like the .click event, but I just dont have the time to spend trying to figure out why it does not work.
    the code is all there, probably not the most efficient way of doing it, but it does seem to work for the most part.

    To the developer that takes this on, there may be a lot more work going forward as I have about 8 sites after this one...I want someone I can rely on in the future as well...so if this sounds like you...PLEASE let me know ASAP.

    Thank-You
    Bryan

    Not looking to dev for you but issue 1 seems to be caused by these:
    Code:
    <div style="display: block;" id="FP-16PopIt" class="modal blw_wrapper_popup">
    They are default set to display: none; looks like your click event on the roof adds display: block; but never takes it back off if the user exits the window. It's effectively covering the content so you can't click anything.
