Things that make you say "nope!"
General guidelines:
A "nope" is different for everyone; it is basically something that personally makes you jump or gives you a quick "ew, wtf" reaction. Be respectful of the fact that what makes you nope out might not be what makes someone else nope out.
Along those lines, try to avoid posting graphic or disturbing stuff; it's less of a "nope" if it's deeply disturbing. Be sure to use the NSFW tag if you post nopes containing violence, death, gore, or nudity, so others can avoid them if they wish.
A diversity of nopes (i.e. non-spider posts) are welcome.
