About to purchase DDP Yoga for the first time, I’m 24 5’10 225lbs, no current physical disabilities. What DVD package should I purchase, and is it worth it to buy the mat, or heart rate monitor? Or just purchase those from Dicks, or Walmart, and use the savings to buy a decent Juicer? (self.ddpyoga)
