Don't add black lines between the seal and the color.
No circle or line tool EVER!
All countries take only the shape of the balls. There are very few exemptions, see the Tutorial link above.
Civilizations never refer to each other as "balls". Only their Civ names.
Only native English-speaking countries speak proper English. Others speak broken English or "Engrish".
