Preview of some icons!
If you love the new style of Windows'/Microsoft's icons as much as I do, then you're going to love this.

I've installed Microsoft's offical HEIF and HEVC libraries, and have massive problems.
When programs load images, the library sometimes leaves file handles open, forcing you to reboot to regain control over the file.
Adobe Bridge can only access a low resolution version of photos. It seems like the decoder is actually giving it the preview image, since it looks exactly like the loading placeholder that Photos uses.
It'll randomly stop responding and suddenly the program you're using can't operate on HEIC files anymore.
Explorer sometimes freezes when accessing folders with a lot of HEIC files.
This file format has been in widespread use since 2017. This isn't acceptable. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues?
