RANDOM.ORG is a true random number service that generates randomness via atmospheric noise. This page contains daily true random numbers generated by RANDOM.ORG in the past.
Each file on this page contains 8,388,608 bits (one mebibyte) of raw random data. The file names follow the ISO 8601 standard date notation, i.e., YYYY-MM-DD. Each file was published here shortly after midnight (UTC) on a particular day, corresponding to the file's name as given below. If there is no file for a given day, no file was published on that day, perhaps because a server was down, or due to some other technical problem. Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) is practically the same as Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). (Check out this World Clock for more information.)
Server timestamp: 2017-02-12 07:25:32 UTC
The files you see below are used as the basis for some of the pregenerated randomizations supported for example by the Integer Generator and the Sequence Generator in advanced mode. Hence, if you use one of these generators with a pregenerated randomizaton from a given day, the numbers you get are in reality created using the files below.
While it's easier to access the past data via the pregenerated randomization function of one of the generators mentioned above, you can also download the full files generated on specific days via the links below. Each file is available in two formats: text and binary. Neither type of file is intended for viewing in a web browser; instead you probably want to download a file and feed it to another program (e.g., a spreadsheet). For the text files, the data is formatted as a single long string of bits (0s and 1s) in ASCII character format. There is no spacing or punctuation in the text files, not even a terminating line feed. For the binary files, the data is formatted as a single long string of bytes, i.e., values in the [0,255] interval. This is a more compact format, but slightly more prone to conversion errors by some web browsers.
You can download full lists of the text files and the binary files available. The URLs of the text and binary files can be constructed as follows:
http://www.random.org/files/YYYY/YYYY-MM-DD.txt
http://www.random.org/files/YYYY/YYYY-MM-DD.bin
There are also MD5 hashes for all the text files and the binary files, which can be used to verify the integrity of your downloads.
