Has really good interface and the search works well to find what you're looking for. Haven't received my order as yet so I'm not sure about international orders. Needs a bit more information about tracking your order as only a tracking number is provided and it isn't updated in time...but I suppose that is the problem with the courier services and not the app itself. Description of items sometimes comes up blank. Needs currency converter built in for other countries. All in all it's a great app.

It is OK Shop it self is OK. App could be mutch better. There are some bugs here and there. Home screen get "empty" after some time of using. Search sometimes gives strange result. Check out screen does not allow to play little bit with coupon codes, because all other settings like shipment type, additional insurance option is reset each time.

Its good but! Your app doesn't allow full screen when put on a monitor or TV led HD flat screen, your competitor GEEK/wish app goes from phone TV or any other monitor full screen no problem. If your could this I would give you guys a 5 star... as for all the stuff you guys do from orders to shipping to follow up customer service you easily get a 5 star rating! :)

Davo67 I love this app and the company GearBest. I ordered a drone from them; Hubsan h109s x4 Pro drone and it took a little over two weeks because it was coming from China. Considering it was coming from another country it was pretty quick. My drone was delivered to my door safe and sound so gearbest is in real good company to to order from. They always have deals going on. I recommend this app to my friends and family.

Nice but could be better Vast improvement over the earlier version, very nice design. A few issues still remain, like favourite items not being displayed (only a few are visible). Please make clicking the tracking number - copy the tracking number to the clipboard, so we can paste it to tracking app, like in Ebay app.

Discovery, at least for me. Everything functioned perfect for some time. Anyway, lately, last few days, maybe even a week, it seems that nothing is going on there. My orders are like freezed, some of them processing more than 2 weeks, some are dispatched, but not shipped also for more than 2 weeks. And my last review is not shown, no points earned. If you don't change something soon I'll have to rate it 1 star.
Tis good Not much else to say. For cheap gadgets, it's the best. More expensive ones, buyer beware, but still good, like the exelvant 720 projector for around 200 bucks. It works good and does exactly what it says. And you know what a 720 p projector should cost? 100s more, nice.
Delivery Problem! Company gave me a hard time when explaining their carrier did not deliver me my package. Customer service kept emailing me that my package stated that it was deliver. If my package was deliver I would not be wasting my energy to email about my package. I told customer service that an investigation need to be conducted because I wasn't even home nor did I sign for my package. Currently, I am still dealing with this matter and will not be ordering anymore with this untrusted company it has been a week and 2d

Easy use I would have given it 5 stars but when you back out of the product page and back to the main page of your search, it starts all the way to the top of the page. Pain in the backside when you have to start all the from the top of the page and scroll all the way back down to where you left off...And it does this all the time. Fix it please.
Overall Gearbest has improved and here comes the but...their becoming increasingly expensive most items are more expensive than the likes of their long term competitors such as Banggood, Tomtop and eBay. And last pointer they stock little to no parts for rc hobbies. Re: Gearbest your reply is out of subject I mentioned 'becoming increasingly expensive' for the same items. And the other sites do have quality control. Why do you come up with ridiculous excuses. Do you really think consumers are so gullible to such an offensive level???

Gearbest.com Easy as A-B-C... This app is quick, easy and seamless to use, infact it might even be fun. I've found myself spending loads of time browsing the many products on offer. The search is quick and simple and allows you to narrow down by high to low prices and everything available on the website. I recommend to download and try it out, won't be disappointed...
I read comments on other sights. All the 5 stars aren't real people. Ya are a scan sight and rob people of their $. I hope someone sues ya. I also hope everyone of you are arrested and lose all the $ you got. Don't order from unless you want to lose $. Or only receive part of what you ordered. If it's to good to be true it probably is.

Scam? Items in the app are WAY more expensive than in the website. For example the first generation Xiaomi band (fitness tracker). $85 on the app. $13 on the GearBest website. I would avoid this and just use the website lol.
App itself is decent for shopping. However tracking is a let down. You are not automatically redirected if you click the tracking number and there is not much useful info on tracking also. At least with my version of the app (which is the latest as of the time of this review) Ps. This is a review of the app. Not the site. I've ordered several times from gearbest with no problems so far)

Anton Ferguson Ordered an item. They took my money and I received nothing. Now they won't reply to any messaged or emails. Customer service is the worst iv come across in that it seems completely nonexistent.
Easy to use Works well, seems a little less fickle than some of the other geek shopping apps out there, and doesn't spam with notifications etc. Thumbs up.
Great prices but... The ship from options, and the fact that batteries can't be ordered/shipped together is a pain. Multiple orders every time you purchase electronics and batteries to go with them. Ugh.
Wont refund my money I have waited longer than the agreed waiting period for my item do requested my money back which they are refusing to do..ive already waited 2 months now their saying i can wait upto 180 working days to be resolved which was not stated on my contract. Gear Best you are a Farce fraudulent website and i want my money back.. wouldnt recommend your site to anyone.

In 4 years Banggood have sent 12 knock off's & there customer service won't offer any help. $5 refund for sending me the wrong item which cost $180! Never again.. Great reliable store. You do need a small understanding of how China stores-customers relationships work but..Gearbest is the the closest to the West. I ordered probably around 100 items already, perfect. Small note: do not order in presale. Order just if the item is in stock. Also, do a tiny research. Don't believe every "sale".
Good overall. Credit card payments cause weird errors where the card isn't accepted. Then the purchase goes through snd is then automatically cancelled. Not sure what to make of it.
