So at work today I’m supposed to share “something that most people don’t know about me.” Having actual existential angst over the fact that I can’t think of anything interesting. I like movies? I met Newt Gingrich once? I may be The Least Interesting Man in the World.

That’s hysterical, OK I sort of get it, that will help a lot (except for the cases where Cmd is Alt, e.g. Alt+Tab, or Alt is Ctrl, e.g. moving a word at a time with arrows)
Oh this is wonderful! Tbh, I’m not a big customizer, but there are a couple of tips here I’m grabbing with wild abandon (remapping Caps Lock to Ctrl is crucial!). I haven’t quite worked out the difference between brew install and brew cask install, but the latter gave me GUI emacs so I’m happy :P
I’m veg*n because I don’t like to kill animals, not because I don’t like meat… But yeah generally I prefer meat substitutes (tempeh, seitan, beans, etc.) that aren’t trying to taste/look like meat.

Seems like Freedom had a long middle too. Like the memoir the mom wrote went on forever. This may have had more to do with the fact that I listened to the audiobook, and the narrator had an awful lady-voice
