Our core HR solution is free to use.
So how do we make money? In two ways. First, when we integrate with third-party providers—such as insurance companies where we act as the broker—we usually receive a commission or fee. In addition, we offer several premium services for which we charge directly.

*We integrate these third-party service providers for free, but it remains your responsibility to pay them for the underlying product or service. In order for us to integrate management of your insurance benefits, Zenefits must be the broker of record. None of our other services require that Zenefits be your broker. COBRA is free for employers, employees pay a 2% industry standard administrative fee.
