Tasteless and a rather dull show. At least, have the songs that were nominated sung as well as the musical scores played. That would have given some flavor to a monotonous show with an emcee as boring as they came. It appeared to me that he was on life-support.

Who are the Golden Globe or Hollywood Press 57? Why are we never told about them?

Ryan Reynolds nomination for "Deadpool" was ridiculous as well as that awful film he starred in. Thank the Lord the voters saw fit not to have him garner the award.

Of course, Meryl Streep's speech was the highlight of the night. She really tore into the president-elect, though not mentioning his name. While she wasn't wrong here, how about denouncing the UN's resolution regarding Israel? O no, Israel is not exactly that popular among the lefty-Hollywood elite.
