Our original initiatives activate people to invest in making a difference. Global Inheritance develops a powerful connection between the individuals and the issues, tailoring every experience to fit the diverse audiences we speak to around the world. By employing technology, the arts, and experiential learning, the organization generates excitement and inspires people to act responsibly and become forward-thinking leaders within their community.
Global Inheritance initiatives have been featured at major events across the U.S. and internationally since 2002. These massive gatherings have served as a launching pad for our creative programming: both helping events to reduce their environmental footprint, and inspiring millions.
Fortunately this world is blessed by those who's consciousness makes them act for the better; those who understand that it only takes a small group of thoughtful people to effect a positive change. Thankfully, because of Eric and his Global Inheritance team, that group is growing, and we are being shown that our obligation to this planet and its future isn't a chore, but a duty, and it can be a cool one at that.
I love Global Inheritance for the approach they have made to dealing with an unfashionable subject. It is really hard to sustain interest in a subject that is permanently a worry. Global Inheritance is doing that, particularly with a new generation who may actually care about their future.
Global Inheritance doesn’t require being a vegan… It doesn’t mean driving a hybrid car… And it isn’t lecturing or preaching to those who don’t live the stereotypical green lifestyle. What makes Ritz’s brand of activism different—and what fuels his efforts—is that unlike earlier generations of social advocates, Ritz said he and his Generation Y audience don’t see big business as the enemy.
West Basin’s partnership with Global Inheritance and its Water Bar at The Oasis has been a wonderful opportunity to educate the community about the high quality of purified recycled water, one of our most sustainable future water supplies. Global Inheritance has helped in breaking down the mental barriers attributed to drinking recycled water. Guests can visit the water bar and blindly sample several shots of water, one of them being recycled sewer water, and guess what…they like it! We have gained valuable insight about the public’s perception and knowledge about the acceptance of treated sewer water.
