Tiki Wiki CMS Groupware
Tiki Wiki CMS Groupware is a full-featured, Web-based, multilingual, tightly integrated, all-in-one wiki, CMS, and groupware. Tiki can be used to create all kinds of Web applications, sites, portals, knowledge bases, intranets, and extranets. Tiki offers a very large number of features "out-of-the-box". It is highly configurable and modular. All features are optional and administered via a Web-based interface. Major features include a robust wiki engine, news articles, discussion forums, newsletters, blogs, file and image galleries, bug and issue trackers, a link directory, polls/surveys and quizzes, FAQs, a banner management system, calendar, maps, mobile access, RSS feeds, a category system, tags, an advanced themeing engine (Smarty), spreadsheet, live support, shoutbox, inter-user messaging, menu generator, advanced permission system for users and groups, internal search engine, external authentication support, and more. It was formerly named TikiWiki.

Looking for a web host on which run your Tiki-powered site? The Tiki Software Community Association (the not-for-profit legal entity that oversees Tiki Wiki CMS Groupware) has entered into affiliate agreements with several web hosting companies. These affiliate agreements present a great opportunity for the entire Tiki Community: * Tiki site administrators get a web host with reasonable pricing * The Tiki Software Community Association earns an affiliate fee for each new signup (through our Hosting page: http://info.tiki.org/Hosting). * The web hosts will also coordinate with the Tiki community to help improve performance and security. Note: Inclusion of a specific web host or program does not necessarily constitute an endorsement by the Tiki Software Community Association.

Release Notes: Tiki version fixed an urgent bug which caused toolbars to be removed when a site administrator made any changes to existing toolbars, plus a few minor issues. Timeout issues when using InnoDB instead of MyISAM as the database engine in the installer remain for certain server environments, and a fix is being worked on.

Release Notes: This release includes more than 500 code updates and fixes from the Tiki community. I can say that I am really impressed with this CMS app. Awesome Job. As stated before, Search Engine Friendly Urls would be great. A great way to generate more publicity is would to develop a "Digg Clone" module similar to Pligg
