When you get an answer to your question, reply to the answer with a comment with the word "Solved!" in it. This will give the user who answered it a point in their flair. If you find it yourself, reply to yourself - but you don't get a point for solving your own question.
Only OP or a mod can mark a post Solved!, but if you see the OP say thanks but not reply with Solved! (give them at least several hours), someone else can reply with it and it can be manually marked by the mods.
Only one point can be awarded per thread. OP can contact mods if they believe multiple points need to be given.
Here's what you'll see when this is done properly:
OP responds with a comment with "Solved!" anywhere in the text.
Post gets flaired with "Solved" (note no "!") (by Automoderator).
THERE MAY BE A DELAY OF UP TO A DAY HERE, WhatisThisBot does not run 24/7. It's usually near immediate on weekdays.
WhatIsThisBot awards the point, sets flair to "Solved!"
Person who answered gets a reply from the bot notifying of point.
The reply from the bot will have who accepted the answer (OP or a mod), and a number indicating the user's point total.
You must comment with Solved! (including the exclamation point)
Thank you for your submission, please be certain you've followed our guidelines, which include searching on your own for an answer before posting here.

Edit: The song is God Send Conspirator by Coheed and Cambria (2002) if anyone else is wondering. Thank you u/Sigurlion.
Hello there, TOMT! This is my first Reddit post, so let me know if there's any changes or corrections I need to make on this post.
I'll keep the explanation as short as I can: It's 2003, I'm 7, and I'd often browse through my dad's "music folder" for tunes while playing solitaire/minesweeper/pinball on the computer (I didn't know how to find music on the internet.) There's a song I remember hearing only a few times and I liked it a lot, so I replayed it over and over again. Unfortunately, I remember barely anything about it. There were a few times spread over a series of years growing up when I tried to find clues as to what song it was, but I never saw anything helpful so I gave up after a few minutes. I haven't asked my dad about it because we don't have contact, he's been out of my life for a while.
Yesterday I was listening to a playlist and heard this song - "Note To Self" by From First To Last - and it jogged up way more memories and minute details about that song I'm looking for because they sound really similar. It's been bugging me so I finally decided I should give it a go and post here.

Here is the limited knowledge I have about the song:
I heard it in 2003, but my dad had owned that computer for a few years at that point, so it could have been a late 1990s or early 2000s song. I wouldn't say the song is likely to be any older than 1996/1997 because it has a very distinct late 90s/early 00s punk/emo sound and feel about it. Most of the music in his folder was accompanied by a small picture, usually the single artwork/album cover, and I remember the picture with this track being mainly a kind of dull, washed-out greenish-brownish color. I know for sure that in the picture there were some kind of black shapes/markings, but I don't know if there were any words in it. It's possible that the picture could not be relevant at all, because it may have been any random picture my dad found online, but I'm just adding that in case it sounds like a single artwork/album cover anyone knows of.
I don't remember any specific words or phrases in the song (other than one which I'll mention soon) although I'm pretty certain the whole song was in English. I'm also pretty certain it was one person singing, a male with a sort of typical "emo" voice, high-pitched, whiny, and somewhat feminine-sounding. I don't remember if the musician/band's name was English, because I remember the name being a bit unfamiliar, non-English-sounding. I do know that the title of the song was English because it was three words, two of which were shorter and fairly easy to say, and one which was longer and harder for 7-year-old me to pronounce. The only thing that I remember about the song lyrically was that a female name (I'm pretty sure it started with "m" but I could be wrong) was repeated a few times throughout the song.
Like in the other song I posted that reminds me of the song I'm looking for, this song had a distinctly varying speed and tempo which changed quite a few times. Sometimes the singer's voice was gentle and almost like a mellow, calm whisper tone, and other times the singer's voice sounded very angry and aggressive, bordering yelling. The pitch of the instrumental and singer's voice changed a few times as well. The ending of the song was completely different and didn't sound anything like the beginning of the song. I believe the song was around 5 minutes long, if not, close to that length. It was a bit longer than a standard 3-3:30 length song and I'm certain it couldn't have been any shorter than 4 minutes long at most.
TL;DR:
Can you help me remember or identify a movie, please!?
This movie (possibly a TV show?) was probably from the late 80s or early 90s as I remember watching it on cable when I was growing up. Its a sci-fi/ suspense type movie takes place in a desolate, western US setting and the synopsis is there are some miners or townspeople and they find some underground creatures/aliens? What I remember vividly is when people lower food down into the ground via a platform or a basket on a rope the creatures replace it with jewels, treasures, trinkets, etc.
At the end of the movie a guy with a gas mask and a shotgun gets on the platform and he goes down to kill the creatures I guess and a woman tries stopping him. Almost immediately as he gets to the bottom she reverses the platform to come back up. When he reaches the top, the woman removes the gas mask and treasure falls out, implying they ate him.
Hope that’s enough info! Thanks in advance.
The movie relates the story about a rich guy who fell into depression (I don´t really remember why though), the thing is that the main character stumbles upon a shop that poses as a funerary house but in reality its a secret business that helps their customers attain death. One of the main selling points of the business is that there is an option where they don't tell you how are you going to die or when so they can make it appear like it was an accident, the main characters agrees to it and continues living it's life like normal but he soon meets a girl and falls in love with her.
I never finished the movie so I don't know what happens afterwards, but if someone can help me find the movie I would really appreciate it.
Thanks in advance!
There’s a 9 or 10 year old girl with blonde hair I think and her name might have been Sarah. she’s in bed sick or dying, it’s a big four poster bed. Looks like it took place in the 1800’s. At one point the family were decorating their Christmas tree with popcorn garland. At this point the daughter gets sick. The dad goes racing off in a carriage to get a doctor. Throughout the movie a story is being read to her from a book. Pretty sure she lived at the end.
Sorry no other details I can remember.
My dad remembers a song from the 80s he listened to on a cassette tape. We've tried to search for it for years, but haven't found anything. The lyrics (according to his memory) go like this:
Tears, they flow like rain from the sky There's no reason to cry I'll take away all your fears But tears
Show me you love me again...
Again, it's allegedly from the 80s and the melody is a bit melancholic. If anyone has any idea about this song or any that might have similar lyrics, please help us find it!
Edit: the singer is most likely male

The song was kind of a mix of sound samples of snow white, too. Basically lined up on a beat. The artist made several similar tracks.
I know this isn't much to go on, but I'm pretty sure Artists name was pretty short and not a actual word you'd find in the dictionary.
Hopefully someone can help me out :D
