The conversion of an old TGI Friday’s in Midtown into ultra-luxury senior housing, where rooms could cost as much as $20,000/month, is becoming a reality.
Among the available condos, prices range from $3.1 million for a one-bedroom and go up to $50.75 million for a four-bedroom spanning nearly 7,000 square feet.
