Our commitment to accessibility
We will create and deliver technology that is accessible and functional for all people of all ages. And we will continue to push the boundaries of what technology can do to empower every person on the planet. These are our guiding principles:
Transparent
We will be transparent in sharing our goals and plans related to the accessibility of our current and future products.
Accountable
We will prioritize accessibility in the design and development of products moving forward, using inclusive design principles.
Inclusive
We will continue to be a company that values inclusion, and reflects this in our hiring, culture and actions.

Inclusive Culture
Microsoft has long been committed to enabling people with disabilities to be successful. We do this through our inclusive culture, with programs with vendor partners and also through our pilot programs and efforts to hire individuals of all abilities.
Inclusive Design
We understand that people interact with our products in diverse ways. So we use inclusive design to ensure that experience is cohesive and inclusive, and fully reflects the diversity of users in a way that is built-in from the start. We believe that we create a solution that works well for people with disabilities, we inform better designs for everyone.
