Android Studio is the official IDE for Android application development, based on IntelliJ IDEA. Please refer to the official Android Developer site to install and use the current public release.

This site provides access to canary and beta builds for the Android Studio suite of Android developer tools, and details for contributing to the Android Studio the Android Open Source Project.
