Acquia Cloud Site Factory contains the following updates, along with version 2.42 of the Gardens distribution:

  • Experience fewer issues during maintenance tasks
  • Change - If you initiate a site backup while another backup of the website is already in progress, Acquia Cloud Site Factory displays an error message.
  • Change - The Site Factory API List sites method returns a website's site group.
  • Change - The code staging process now rebuilds the Drupal cache before scrubbing data from the website.

Acquia Cloud includes the following updates (scheduled to be deployed on Acquia Cloud Professional on March 30, 2016 and on Acquia Cloud Enterprise on April 13, 2016):

  • Acquia Cloud now constrains key exchanges with SSH clients to strong algorithms.
  • The Acquia Cloud cron-wrapper.sh script now uses the default version of Drush (Drush 8).
  • The default PHP error log level for production environments does not include Notice, Strict, and Deprecated messages.
  • PHP processes can no longer execute in the files directory.
  • PHP has been upgraded to versions 5.5.33 and 5.6.19
  • ffmpeg has been upgraded to version 2.1.8.
