International Justice Mission

International Justice Mission (IJM) protects the poor from violence by partnering with local authorities to rescue victims, bring criminals to justice, restore survivors and strengthen justice systems. IJM uses Box to share internal digital assets, provide access through mobile devices and deliver information about IJM’s work to donors and other organizations.

Laura Arrillaga-Andreessen Foundation

The Laura Arrillaga-Andreessen Foundation (LAAF) is a private operating foundation dedicated to educating and empowering individuals to give in a way that matters more. LAAF uses Box to manage and collaborate on its intellectual property and house its library of free, philanthropic resources. Box dramatically increased LAAF's efficiency while keeping costs low. 

Teach For America

Teach For America works in partnership with communities to expand educational opportunity for children facing the challenges of poverty. It's important for TFA to leverage technologies, like Box, that fit into their current infrastructure and enable change in a more accelerated way. Box provides the right balance of user experience and enterprise technology to help meet the needs of the organization.

Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society funds life-saving blood cancer research around the world, provides free information and support services and is the voice for all blood cancer patients seeking access to quality, affordable, coordinated care. Box allows all 2,000 employees across the United States and Canada to get their work done more efficiently: they can now use iPads for fundraising in the field, share presentations and PDFs easily with potential donors and collaborate seamlessly with third-party vendors and partners. 

United Nations Foundation

The United Nations Foundation connects people, ideas and resources to help the UN solve global problems. Box helps the UN Foundation distribute information to internal and external stakeholders, ensure that information is stored and shared effectively by all operational teams from Finance to Public Affairs, and collaborate with external audiences on Foundation-wide initiatives.

Livestrong Foundation

The Livestrong Foundation, which provides support for people affected by cancer, has been using Box since 2011 for marketing, IT and fundraising initiatives. Security was paramount: its IT team was able to ensure that only the right people had access to critical data during a system migration by leveraging Box's granular access permissions, expiration dates and passwords. This system is the backbone of how the foundation serves people with cancer.

International Rescue Committee

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is a global humanitarian aid, relief and development nongovernmental organization. Using the Box API, IRC created an emergency response portal that's easily accessible from laptops online or offline. Now field workers in disaster relief situations can access manuals, procedures, templates and other resources needed in the middle of a crisis. 

Team4Tech

Team4Tech's mission is to improve education in developing countries through innovative technology solutions. As a nonprofit with several remote employees and even more dispersed volunteers, Box allows Team4Tech to keep its files organized and easily accessible by everyone on the extended team. Before migrating to Box, Team4Tech employees emailed files back and forth and searched for mission critical assets on multiple hard drives. Team4Tech plans to make Box available to its partners in developing countries so that students can use Box to store their work in a way that’s organized and easily accessible.

San Antonio Youth Centers

SA Youth is a nonprofit organization that helps keep kids engaged during the critical out-of-school hours and the summer months, while also working to address high school dropout issues. SA Youth has been using Box since 2008 to store and share information across its 18 locations. Box provides the robust identity management and permissions that SA Youth needs to easily manage its users.

Boys & Girls Club of the Peninsula

Boys and Girls Club of the Peninsula's mission is to help at-risk youth develop the academic and life skills they need to complete high school and prepare for college and their careers. It used Box to create an online database that allows them to share curricula with staff and volunteers. Employees use Box Edit to easily revise lesson plans, rosters, flyers, program materials, grants and financial reports.
