Keeps crashing No idea why but the app keeps crashing. Reported a bunch of times over the last year but have never heard from Google. I guess I'll un-install now.

Great, but doesn't select the right address when making a reply When replying to an email, Inbox can not recognize that the original email was addressed to an email address different from my gmail one, and instead chooses my gmail address by default when making a reply. Considering Inbox IS intelligent enough to read the email and generate automatic quick responses, this issue is unacceptable and needs to be fixed soon.

Clean and simple, maybe too simple I've used this app on a Moto G (1st gen). I also use it on a Chromebook/box and Chrome on PC. On all platforms I have had no trouble with the operation of this program. However, there is a slight paradigm shift, as this program tries it's hardest to decide how you should sort your mail. If you're the kind of person that wants software to make these sort of decisions for you, then I recommend this app. Otherwise, stick with GMail.

Inbox for desktop: From Trash there isnt move to Inbox, nor drag and drop. The red plus pop-up activation field is too big, need more neutral mouseover area. Inbox for Android: Draft, then home button to use another app, the return to Inbox to update draft will crash Inbox, though will save the draft. Cheers!

Don't Install - It Actually Creates Double the Work As.... If you use this App you'll find when you return to the Gmail App (as Inbox keeps crashing) that you'll have to delete days/weeks worth of old messages! This App doesn't actually delete any messages you've read!! So it's more trouble than it's worth!! Take a leaf out of Cleanmaster/Cheetah Mobile & ACTUALLY IMPROVE your App, & quickly, using the feedback we leave you?! This App's been available this year & hasn't improved once!!

I really want to like this. Too difficult to link my exchange email with Inbox. Can't reply to the emails, they all bounce back! And what's with that single signature for all emails? I use Gmail for work and personal use and don't want my work signature on all emails.

This is way to cluttered. Please stop trying to make "advanced" UI features, keep things faster and simpler. For example if I want to go back, I will press back, not scroll up or down. It just pisses me off.

Can't link account I loved this app on my note 4. Since I got my nexus 6p I can't link my yahoo mail account. It continues to tell me "Something went wrong. Try again later.” Disappointing - Would get 5 stars if problem was resolved.

Still prefer Gmail I like the reminders and being able to 'park' emails, but it is cluttered and messy. I hate scanning through it. The UI layout is distracting. I would prefer Gmail with the Reminders and pinning feature. Sorry but no dice.

Big fan Only drawback is that if i go back to normal gmail i now have thousands of unread messages. Occasional it puts messages in the wrong section but it fixed easily. I don't really use the completed function, and actually find a little annoying as it wasn't immidiately obvious to me. But overall the best change to emails ever

I realize that Google is making Inbox to be a simple client for maintaining reminders and a zero-inbox email system. It's great. I'm really glad you added signatures, which was an important business need. ***** Please consider adding a couple simple features like: * Vacation auto-responder * Inline graphics. * Mute - one of the niftiest little features in Gmail. Absent these features, I find myself going back and forth between Gmail and Inbox.

Not perfect for me. I like to organize my mail with multiple labels, which Inbox won't do, so I still use regular gmail on the web. Right now, Inbox refuses to open on my Oneplus 2, but it works on my HTC One.

Would like to love this but... Android Wear support is rudimentary at best. Ditched gmail which had excellent support for smartwatches but regretted it soon thereafter after realizing it lacks the basic functions we have taken for granted with Gmail regarding utilizing emails using the smart watches. Until then, stick to the Gmail app.

Getting better It takes a bit of setting up and getting used to but I'm now much happier with my ability to manage mail than I was in Gmail. I really like the swipe to mark something as done, the folder bundling and the ability to snooze messages. I don't like that you can't delete only part of a conversation. For instance, I might want to keep something in my Sent folder but delete the replies. I'd also like to be able to attach multiple files at once to an e-mail.

Starts lagging and stuttering! After getting used to the new interface I can say this email app is the best out there.... With one exception so far: It tends to slow my phone down to a crawl after a little bit of use. Will definitely cause my phone to slow down unless I close the app completely!

Easier access to CC BCC (and signature support) This is a great new take on email, but I have a few problems... 1) my signature doesn't work (it should be supported for aliases too!), 2) it takes way too many clicks to get to the expanded CC BCC fields (4 clicks to expand different parts of the message, as opposed to the 1 click in Gmail to expand the To field), and lastly, any indicator of labels on unbundled messages would definitely be appreciated. Perfect app & 5 stars when these are fixed.

Almost... Great Email app from Google with the Material Design throughout. Very nice looking and simple. But there is one thing that is missing that would be nice to have is adding other emails from other email provider. This bugs me a lot because I am constantly using all 4 of my emails so it would be nice to have that. I really hope Google adds this feature.

Frustrating....Frustrating......Frustrating!! Please can you fix this frustrating problem. Every time that I swipe an email as "done", that email comes back into the list again & then goes away shortly afterwards. This happens over and over again. This is really frustrating when you are swiping multiple emails as "done. Please fix this problem.

Amazingly useful, minimal email app This is by far my favorite Google product. It's so simple to use, but very powerful. Disregard the negative reviews, it seems that most people aren't able to fully grasp the apps usefulness. If you take the short time required to learn how to use this app effectively, you'll really enjoy using this app over generally any other email app.

Still lacking important features. I really think this could be great, it just feels like Google just doesn't have any urgency to add basic features. They finally added shift clicking on pc but it's still not in the app. There's also still no way to select all after searching for a keyword. Unless I'm at my pc there is no good way for me to delete bulk emails at once.

To call this amazing is to describe America's military as slightly larger. Outlooks was good. Gmail was better (and still has some useful features that I rely on). Inbox is amazing. I don't believe that I'll ever be able to check all of my emails but this certainly gets me a lot closer. Not to mention, a really slick UI. The best features are automatic labels, snoozing messages until later, and reminders (which integrates into Google Keep). Getting to a single inbox is still a challenge, but this is the best stab so far. Google, you big beautiful faceless beast, thank you.

Might be great some day... I love the organization of the emails, but I cannot accept invitations or even open them in Google calendar and some files are not supported as attachments and therefore cannot be opened. Any email app that forces me to go back to my previous email app for what is standard functionality deserves 1-star only. We all have great ideas; great functionality will earn Inbox stars. 8 MONTHS LATER, and no improvement. You're breaking my heart Google.

I use it instead of Gmail... ...because I like how it organizes email and I like all the extra bells and whistles it has over Gmail. It gets four stars though because I keep having to go back to Gmail for one reason or another. For example if I need to search for an old email, inbox doesn't always find it while Gmail, with the same search keyword mind you, will find the intended email. Just now inbox wouldn't display my 2D mobile boarding pass while Gmail could... These are things that shouldn't be an issue whatsoever yet they are.

It keeps crashing! It would be ideal for me, but when I've read about five e-mails it crashes! Everytime! I've sent feedback multiple times, and still no response. Businesses are supposed to listen to their customers, not ignore them. Reading other reviews of this app shows that I'm not the only one with this problem. Please get it sorted.

Great... Need a couple items listed below Widgets!!! Theming (dark theme for oled screens), buisness focus with meetings, invitations, projects and tasks. Swipe left and right choices. Calander built in app!

Bugs Has never notified me about the most important emails (ones from frequent contacts) even though I've made sure all my settings are correct. Only get notifications about marketing emails intermittently. Since last update, seems really buggy - new emails flash up at the top for a split second then disappear until I refresh. Wouldn't open an email at all yesterday, would only display the first of the correspondance. Had to get the laptop out to read it in the end.

Gmail works better It's harder to sort your emails, can't star or flag an email, not as user friendly and very complicated to bundle. Potential is there but for now it's not great. Won't notify me of emails anymore, going back to regular gmail. This app is terrible.

Missing features. All in all it does what it's supposed to.I've used it on a few devices without any issues.. Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Samsung Galaxy S4, Moto G(1st gen) and One M8(current) seems good looks good feels good. But its missing one key feature from Gmail. The ability to add my other email addresses with POP and IMAP
