Integrata Security was formed in October 2012 to facilitate a technology transfer from one of the Federal laboratories or research institutions in the Maryland area. Since it’s inception, the company has continued to develop and improve the exclusively licensed technology and has grown its team. In December 2015, Integrata acquired key products and customer relationships from Resilience. These world class cybersecurity appliances and software products are an effective complement to the company's wireless security product. The founders of the company met at the MBA program at Robert H. Smith School of Business at University of Maryland. They were not only committed to building a cyber security product-based company, they had the combined experience and knowledge to succeed. CEO Mike Geppi, for example, was a former banker and knew first-hand of the threat of cyber attacks in the financial industry. His co-founders had the combination of systems architecture and large-scale project management expertise needed to create and advance innovative product solutions.
