Just attending a lunch at the "soft opening" of the Alpharetta, Georgia location. Outstanding service from the front door to table service. Our waitress, Ashley, was outstanding. There was an employee named Santi that paid attention to every table and ensures that everything was sparkling around us. Thanks to our friend Jim H. We had the opportunity to meet the VP of Marketing as well as the Alpharetta location General Manager. We will definitely be back and refer this restaurant to our friends, colleagues, and family.

We visited on April 30 and ran into a situation and the whole staff made us feel at home! They helped us and stayed with us to make sure we were ok.. thank you from everything within us for acting like family... I would recommend this place for the down to earth people that work there.. even Peter was cool and tried to help...the food, drinks and the environment was also awesome...

THE best restaurant in Charlotte !!!! The service is always excellent. The staff are friendly. They try to always accommodate our needs whether by sitting indoors or outdoors or for a special request. They truly value their clientele. We ve been going there every Sunday for the past three years and not one time we had to complain. I would give them 10 stars not only for the service but for the atmosphere and especially the food.

Cream puff is delicious! Not too sweet but just right! Great cup of dark roast coffee, too!

Room was clean, service was OK. What I wasn't happy about was they couldn't find where I had reserved the night before and they told me they should had gave me a confirmation# but they didn't. Then they automatically charge you 25 dollars for incidentals which I had none. When I called they told me that was standard protocol and would be put back on my card. My beef was that I wasn't told that this waa standard procedure!

My daughter's wedding reception on May 7, 2016 was exceptional. The food was delicious from cocktail hour through dinner. The atmosphere was beautiful from the ballroom to adjacent space, not to mention the location in beautiful Uptown Charlotte. The Staff was gracious, professional, friendly and most accommodating. I would highly recommend Ritz Carlton to make any Bride and Groom's Wedding Dreams come true!

My family and I really enjoyed our visit to the Billy Graham Library. The kids had fun with the treasure hunt, and we all enjoyed the animated cows, the huge barn with the beautiful cross window, outside grounds with the manicured landscape, the different attractions for the history of Billy Graham's Life, our delicious lunch "especially the chicken salad sandwich" in the cafe and the awesome fellowship with all the workers and volunteers that shared the history of Billy Graham was priceless . We just moved to Charlotte and this was the first place we went to visit. We own a company called Make Good Choices.® and felt Charlotte was the perfect location to move our company. We highly recommend the Billy Graham Library to people of all ages and from all different beliefs. This is one place you must visit in Charlotte, NC. We rate this place a 11 out of 10 for hospitality, food, atmosphere, facility, knowledge, kid friendly, and price which it's free! I go to science on the rocks quite a bit and it's amazing! You can tell the staff there is excited about science, and going to see science in action is always a treat. The only minor complaint I have is that they're still trying to figure out how to make the mass of adults there get to do/see everything without too much of a wait or getting too crowded. That's generally because I'm an introverted person, but it's worth it anyways. Always a lot of fun and very creative! I do suggest to the 21+ crowd to go!!

We love this park. The trails are excellent for walking, but are a little too windy to really get going on a mountain bike. They are pretty extensive. I would like to see more done to the main playground. It's such a huge park, they should have more for the kids. the lake is beautiful.

We go regularly as part of the children's programs. Our girls get so excited to see the changes from month to month and season to season. It is also a place we take all our visitors to Charlotte. They always seem to really enjoy it.

I highly recommend the Racing Insiders Tour. We had a great time. Our tour guide Jimmy was awesome and our bus driver Fritz was awesome as well. Jimmy kept it interesting the whole day. It's well worth paying for the tour. Thanks for the great day you gave my husband and me.

We had an awesome time at the Kane Brown concert. People have to understand even with A/C put a bunch of people in a building and they will suck the air right on out. There was plenty of bathrooms,but again with well over 300 people or whatever the capacity was you will be expected to stand in line. I felt that the staff was very friendly and not rude at all. They are there to do their jobs not make friends. The only thing I would have to complain about would be the bully that made fun of my daughter,because she took her shoes off and was dancing. I would most definitely go back to another concert or if we are in town.
