It was our first time to dine at Rico's last night, we are from Manila and we were so excited to have some legit Lechon from Cebu. Rico's did not disappoint. I've read some bad reviews here but I think it's hard to please everyone. Our experience was different, our table was prepared. Staff welcomed us with big smiles and they are very friendly to babies. Thank God they have high chairs As well! Our cousin reserved and ordered ahead of time so we won't run out ( she called in the morning to reserve 2 kilos of Lechon ). It was heavenly, tasty and very juicy. The skin was crunchy and can taste the lemony/ lemon grass herbs that were used in marinating the pork. Thank you Rico's! Thank you to the staff of Rico's! I know that it's not easy to meet all your guests expectations consistently but last night was perfect! God Bless you and more power!

Just finished my 4 day vacation here. Simply Awesome place it has entertainment for total family and the kids are sure to freak out. This weekend we just need to spend to gather our fun moments and pictures. Shouldn't forget to mention the staff's attitude of going beyond what is their role just to meet a guest request. It started with the front office staff particularly Dianne and Anne then the service just got better and better with Ben and Liester at Acqua Restaurant !!! The Jet Ski's, Snorkeling and Para sailing were only add ons to the fun filled 4 days

Long story short, awesome place! Foosball, big couches, superb cocktails, and all for a reasonable price. You definitely wanna hang out at this place. 5 stars for being legit! :D

Been here twice with a friend and I also know someone working here. I'm really a huge fan of koreanovela Coffee Prince. So I instantly fell in love with this place. Best place to hangout with your friend. The wifi is really reliable and fast and if you're hanging out with your friends, a good talk and catching up without any gadgets is great; just like the old time along with great drinks and food. I really am a food lover and would want to try anything if my tummy would take. Haha. But the one thing I noticed is.. their drinks are TOO sweet. I do love sweets but TOO much sweetness especially if the drink is almost half full is a NO-NO. Maybe reducing the sugar level is a yes. But nevertheless, visiting Coffee Prince is a BIG YES on your Cebu bucket list if you're tired of visiting Starbucks, Bo's Coffee and other coffee shops.

I've been to Cebu many times, this place is what you call "chill".... When I went there I immediately didn't want to go home, the crowd was fantastic!!! (For a guy, the ratio was 1:10) wow!!! Amazing place... Ambiance, food, alcohol and did I forget about the booze?? Well yes there were lots of it!!! I mean I was grinning with excitement!!! From what I saw on the reviews on this place there were bashers saying the service was crappy... Well I beg to differ my friend... The service was ok, nothing to complain about... Will go back to Cebu soon and my first night stop would be this place!!!

It was my first time in HC and that experience was very amazing...super enjoyed..Only a little bit disappointed to some waiters that they ignored us when we asked another bucket of ice. But it's okay nothing complain so far

I would like to recommend the security of this fancy hotel for their awesome job following their strict protocol. I was on my way to church riding a taxi cab from lapu2x going to waterfront lahug where our service being held. I was such in a hurry that I left my phone inside the taxi cab and realized 2hrs after that my phone was missing. I was thinking maybe it was too late for me to retrieve it since I really believed anyone would have taken it from the moment someone steps into the cab. But when I called my phone number, one of the security from marco polo answered sand stating that my phone was safe in their office. I asked later on how come it was on their hands and they told me that they have this protocol that if there are lost items inside their premises or even in taxi cabs they would confiscate it and wait for the right owner and I'm so blessed that marco polo has this level of security where you can really rely on even in small cases, meaning you can rely much more on big cases with the security policies they have. I really cant thank you enough for those people in the security office, Mr Escario and others, sorry I was not able to get your names but if your reading this, you know who you are. Thank you very much, I hope I can repay the favor one day. Thanks again! God bless! To be honest I've never ate or stayed here but with what happened, I know one I will one day.

I always love SM and I love SM Seaside City Cebu! Not just its close from my place but I love the design, the awesome spacious parking space, a lot of food selections and shops! There may still be some empty slots but soon it'll be full. No rush but I love SM Seaside to bits! Great skypark garden on top plus the wonderful, comfortable MyBus. Yay! Xoxo

I would like to thank Ayala's nurse and Rose Pharmacy's staff and customers for helping me earlier today. I was at the mall with my cousins, watching a movie, when I felt extreme pain in my stomach. At the middle of the show, I told my cousin I'd go out for a bit, hurried off to the restroom and then Rose Pharmacy to buy meds. So I arrived at Rose and immediately grabbed a bottle of water and pads and then asked the cashier if I could purchase pain reliever at the express lane. She said I could only purchase it from the other lane, so I got a priority number. Unfortunately, before I could get hold of the meds, I was already sweating and shaking because of the pain. I thought, "Oh no, This is not happening." It happened, all right. There I was seated after a customer at Rosé saw something was going on and offered her seat. She even offered her ointment so I could inhale it while waiting for the nurse. Then a cashier approached me so she could purchase the meds in my stead. The lady from Berovan and the other seated customers also went out of their way and massaged me, all while reassuring me that help was on the way. After a few minutes, the nurse arrived and called for someone to bring over the wheelchair. It arrived after a few minutes and took me to the customer lounge. There, the nurse made me sit and relax and handed me a hot pack. She was really nice and caring, telling me she would be there when I needed her. She called my parents and informed them about the incident and paged my cousins to proceed to the lounge. She never left my side until my mum and aunt arrived to pick me up. You know, the nurse could've just left me after knowing I was fine. But she didn't. She didn't have to look after me, but she did anyway. This is service at its finest. Kudos to Ayala for having the best nurse. Thank you,nurse, for treating me well. I might not know your name, but I will never forget your face and your kind heart. You restored my faith in humanity.
