My daughter and I loved everything about this hotel. As soon as we stepped through the door we were greeted by Moses who helped us check in and showed us to our room. Moses helped us on a number of occasions with various things including restaurant suggestions which was very useful. The room was fab, very modern and cleaned every day. The view from the 27th floor was awesome! Throughout our stay everyone was courteous and everything was made as easy as possible for us. The location of this hotel is excellent with Times Square and the theatre district within easy walking distance. We will definitely stay here again and my daughter is already planning a trip back with her boyfriend!

I want to thank the staff of One World Observatory for a great visit yesterday (4/3/16). I require the assistance of a service dog and the staff was well trained on ADA and service dogs. While my k9 does know how to navigate revolving doors, the ones at your facility were moving too quickly for myself and my k9 to safely enter them. One of your security personnel noticed my dilemma, motioned for me to step off to the side, and opened the door for me to come in safely. Once at the security check, who I assume was head of security for the day, came up and asked me to please step aside to talk with him as to not talk in front of everyone. He knew what questions are allowed by ADA to be asked about my k9, was extremely respectful to me, and my needs. (I thank you sir for that. It was the best encounter I have had with a business.) All of the staff was very respectful and didn't try to distract my k9 in any way. Some may have even got to experience my excitement when I was able to get my k9 on the escalators (which has been something I have been working on with my k9 for awhile now). My k9 enjoyed the views as much as all the humans in our group. And of course on our way out the gentleman who opened the side door for me took me aside and let me and my k9 back out. We will be sure to attend again in the future! Thank you all for your hospitality and keep up the great training with your staff on ADA and service dogs.

This park seems huge like you need a week to see it all but in the real you can rent a bike and see it completely in one day. I recommend sunny weather for exploring Central Park. There's big ice-skating area where you can enjoy the surroundings of big buildings on one side and nature on the other site. Try to find Alice in Wonderland and Hachiko dog. Oh so you will find many interesting monuments but I will let you to explore. Don't go to Central Park on your last day in New York because you might wish to come back sooner then you've thought.

Prospect Park is definitely one of the most wonderful and picturesque landmarks in Brooklyn. It's rich in diversity in it's flora and fauna as it is in cultures. Definitely a beautiful place to be surrounded by or in my case living across the street from as a child and adult.

Very impressed with the extensive collection of works by Jim Shaw, including the collections of his collections! But even more impressed by the staff, every single one of whom was friendly and almost intuitive....you take one weary step toward the elevator and one of them leaps to actually press the button for you...another senses your quest for the bathroom and helpfully points the way before you can even ask....Thanks!

On Nov 25th I had the pleasure to visit the Guggenheim museum in NY for the very first time. I am a (classical music) composer from Malta (Europe). I travel every month, touring with my music projects, participating in festivals or attending conferences related to my work. When I'm in a foreign country I always try to attend concerts, performances or museums. I really enjoyed my time at the Guggenheim and the highlight of the visit was the tour on Kandinsky by museum educator Filip Notredaeme. This has been the best tour I have ever experienced and I want to present my comments as a token of appreciation. Filip presented a very clear and informed portrait of the artist but what impressed me most was the way in which he did it. It wasn't just a tour .... it was an amazing journey. He delivered the content about each painting with passion, insight and even a brush stroke of humor. One lady wanted to know the duration of the tour, to which Filip answered: "About an hour but please free to leave at any time during the tour or even run for your life" :) !!! Filip was very sensitive to the comments of his audience - developing each question into a sustainable strand within the narrative of his presentation. There was a couple with 2 girls, around 8 yrs old. My first thoughts were: how is Filip going to deal with this? how can he possibly deliver a presentation on Kandinsky that appeals to both the adults and these 2 kids? I was sure that Filip would have to ignore the kids ...after all there was a separate programme at the museum designed for kids. I was wrong. Filip managed to masterfully involve the kids throughout his tour without dumbing down the presentation. I left the Guggenheim a richer person, wishing I could live in NY so that I can experience more of these tours at the Guggenheim. So thank you Filip and I really think that you should compile your tours into a publication.

After my hubby proposed to me, he told me about the story of the proposal ring which he insisted the local branch to order from the NY branch because of his required spec of Lucida diamond ring can only be found in NY. He initially contacted NY branch if they can send the ring to him if he purchase online, but unfortunately the online purchase is only meant for the US. The NY branch very helpful to suggest that he get the local branch to order from them and thus, they keep the stock for him. And now.......the Lucida diamond ring is on my finger. Thanks to Tiffany & Co for being so helpful to my hubby as i know he is a very specified person that not easy to be satisfied for items that he required. Tiffany & Co definitely satisfied him with the services and importantly the products.

It was brought to my attention that Macy's Harold Square has a vest displayed in the men's department that was stolen from my son 3 years ago. Obviously Macy's would never knowingly purchase stolen property. And my Son who designed the vest is flattered that his work of art has been recognized in such a manner. But he's hoping the store will return the vest to it's rightful owner.

I loved this club in NYC. I didnt pay anything but I know is pretty expensive. My friend paid $30 fee for entrance. Anyway... very good music and ambience. But it was too crowded. I barely could walk. In the bathroom there is a nice lady taking care of girls. She have Coco Channel and other really nice perfumes. Hot people too. :) Hope to be back when I come back to NYC.
