When to use Vaadin Support?
Mentoring
Your application might be the first Vaadin project in your company. In these cases Vaadin Support can be used as a personal mentor for making all the right choices. Outsourcing small development
Creating custom features that require deep understanding of the client side programming may be tricky. Our experts know Vaadin Framework inside out and can implement most kinds of features in a much shorter time than anyone else. This is a good investment, since it frees your hands to do work where you are most productive. You can also use this to learn to implement these yourself when we show you how it is done.

Response time
The official SLA we promise ranges from 1 hour to 2 days. You will always get our support team working for you within the SLA your support package includes. Mission critical maintenance projects usually want to have a 1 hour response time, while early phase small projects might do just fine with 2 days. It's all up to the needs of your project.
Support hours
You get a support quota, ranging from 5 to 12 hours per month. This quota is slowly consumed with a 15 minute resolution while working with our support team. You are always in control of how your quota is used, and for complex tasks we will provide estimates before proceeding. The average customer satisfaction for support has always been over 4.5 out of 5.0.
Web support
A dedicated extranet channel for your team to access past and ongoing issues. Get email and Eclipse notifications when your issues are progressing and continue the discussion conveniently in one place. Video call meetings are also possible when screen sharing is needed.
Phone support
With the Platinum support you can get access to the Vaadin team by grabbing your phone and calling a dedicated number. The team will be right with you and you don't need to rely on asynchronous email communication.
Unlimited bug fixes
Ever encountered a bug in a product you're using that blocks your release or makes you do ugly workarounds? The Gold and Platinum packages give you unlimited bug fixes for Vaadin products. Just vote for bugs one by one that interfere with your work, and let us do the heavy lifting for you. Voted bug fixes don't consume your support hours. Most of our minor releases are due to commercial bug fixes.
Unlimited feature votes
What is that killer feature you are still missing? Add it as a feature wish and affect the next release of Vaadin. This is your dedicated way to influence our roadmaps.
