    If you haven't bought a copy of "Which One Doesn't Belong from , you have to here: . So many great conversations to have! My then 8 year old son said that the bottom left one did not belong "because it's the only muffin shape."

    Please take a minute to compare how Tonya tweaked her goals from her first sign to her second. The feedback she'll receive is much more likely to be useful because of the changes. Excellent example.

    Decided it was time to upgrade my . Modified my door signs (thanks to troubleshooting blog ) and sent an mass email inviting to my co-workers to stop by. Let the observations begin! 🤞
