    Also per many at the Y, his workout routine is 30 minutes on a stationary bike. He could buy one of those for Gracie Mansion. 🤷🏻‍♂️

    If BDB wanted to, he could take the Q from 86th/2nd Ave, R from DeKalb to 4th/9th for the gym. Then take R from 4th/9th to City Hall.
