How to add a Manager to your Google+ Page or YouTube Channel on a Brand Account
If you use Google+ or YouTube for your business, show, organization or brand you likely have a Brand Account. An advantage of using a Brand Account is that you can add Managers, who use their own Google account to sign in to post or delete content, moderate comments, and update settings.
* If you have a Google+ Page, you have a Brand Account
* If you have a YouTube channel using a different name than your Google account name, then you likely have a Brand Account (check www.youtube.com/account_advanced)
Add a Manager to your Google+ Page or YouTube Channel's Brand Account
1. Sign in to the Google account that is the Owner of the YouTube Channel, Google+ Page and Brand Account
2. Open your Brand Account dashboard at myaccount.google.com/brandaccounts
(For YouTube channels you can start from www.youtube.com/account and click "Add or remove managers")
3. Click the Brand Account name to open the Details page
4. Click "Manage Permissions"
5. Click the "Invite new users" button at top right
6. Enter the email of the person you want to add as Manager
7. Select a role: Owner or Manager
8. Done
Accept an invitation to become a Manager
If you were invited to manage a Google+ Page or YouTube channel, check your email for the invite.
If you can't find the invite, sign into myaccount.google.com/brandaccounts with the invited email and click "Pending invitations".

Yes, Google Assistant is helping yet I would always choose a human friend for my essential conversations. But yes, Google Assistant might get as much of my attention as needed for efficiency and daily activities in flow.

On Android and iOS: Remove, report, ban and optionally remove recent content
Over the next several days, we'll be rolling out onto the G+ Android and iOS app the ability for community moderators to perform the remove, report, and ban action with the option to also remove recent content from the banned member.
This is similar to the web launch we announced a while back (plus.google.com/+LeoDeegan/posts/WjcFN66eRgg), and the community version of the delete, report, block feature we announced a couple of weeks ago (plus.google.com/+LeoDeegan/posts/NpvMs9CrSB3).
And, as before, I'm not actually blocking Weihao, he's a teammate and one of the engineers that helped build this feature :)

As posted on the official G Suite blog, we'll be rolling out across all three clients a new feature that allows you to set the community and collection notification subscription setting to "Highlights". For community and collections with Highlights enabled, you'll get a daily digest notification of top posts across all of them.

Google plus Pages's Activity
There is a process of deleting inactive Google plus pages linked to Google My business listings going on now. It's part of the steps where owning or managing a Google plus page and a Google My Business listing have been separated for a few months already.
Google plus Page with no Activity
In the first part of the demo I attached, the G+ page is never being used. Google is now sending a message by email to inform users that unused pages will be deleted within 30 days after the notice. The Google My Business listing will not be affected.
Active Google plus Page and Products YouTube and Google Photos for That Brand Account
In the second part of the attached demo, you see an actively used Google plus page and related Google Photos and YouTube products for this brand account. Nothing is changing for those Google plus pages.
Schedule
It's a good idea to organise a Google plus weekly schedule and keep up the activity on Google plus pages you intend to use.
If you haven't posted for a while, now is a good opportunity to create a post, leave a comment on fellow's posts, share and comment.
