Dan Goodes: +Dustin Wiley it isn't always just about legislation. Google Home is eventually coming to Australia, and to other places... Google just hasn't gotten around to releasing it here yet. That could be because they're using the US (and the UK and Canada) as beta testing. It could be because they aren't happy with the performance of the Australian English input or output yet. It could be for any number of reasons - but legislation sure isn't one of them.

Dustin Wiley: +Dan Hirsch Instead of complaining about it here you need to check with Google support via email or forums and find out who or what in your government is preventing them from expanding there. Then write letters and start petitions to get it changed so they can start selling there. They are a business and any business always wants to sell more product to more people so if they are not selling to you then it is because they can't do so.

Federico “Edo” Granata: +Stephen Cornwell here in Italy we have 2 years of warranty and a friend of mine changes a Nexus 5 four time covered by the warranty (the last 2 times I'm sure it's a refurbished device and it broke just after a few months).

Federico “Edo” Granata: +Stephen Cornwell to me you are the anecdotal guy who never experienced a problem. I have no data to extrapolate how unlucky you have to be. If you have such data and you can share them then you can prove your point.
I still know that some devices will fail and without any data I choose not to risk.

I have an insurance on my house even if it's unlikely that my house would crash on itself or would burn. I don't like to take the risk.

Sigfredo Zamorano: I've experienced low quality vs. high quality cases in smartphones. I've definitely come to the conclusion that is better to spend 20 bucks for them. The cheap versions usually are a waste of money.

You all need to offer the Google Live Cases for devices besides the Pixels and Nexus phones. If you would offer your live cases for other devices, they would sell in high numbers I guarauntee. I have an S8 and would love a live case for it but am not able to get one. I think that since Google has a close relationship with Samsung that they should at least offer the live cases for Samsung devices, however, Google is Android, so you all should make the Live Cases for most any Android device.
