What Update To Date Guide Is Out There For Bootstrap Design In 2016?
Alright guys
I am totally brand new to this forum and I was hoping to start creating my own responsive html page. I was wondering if there was a decent up to date instructions out there for this please? I will be using dreamweaver cs6 to design it in.
Anyone can recommend?

Not sure dreamweaver cs6 is the way to go, but can't say for sure. Look up 'media queries' in google and use percents instead of pixels. That will get you started and if you run into problems come back.

Bootstrap 4 is coming! You might want to learn video tutorials on Youtube. There is also a good basic tutorials at w3schools.com.
