Members are the registered users of your board. We want you to grow big and strong so no restrictions are placed on the number of members your board can have.
Moderator and administrator permissions are assignable to any member of the board. We place no restrictions on the permissions you assign.
Each plan includes a specific number of extensions that can be used to enhance the hundreds of default features available in phpBB. Plans may be changed at any time.
A Forum Owner has full authority over the forum account. Only owners may contact Forumatic to make inquiries or request changes, including plan modifications or cancellations. Forums on our personal plans must be registered to a single human owner.
For each billing period we count the number of pages your visitors view. When logged into Forumatic, you can see how many pages have already been viewed within the current billing period. Your forum will not be shut down immediately if you go over the limit but you will be asked to upgrade plans.
All plans include a free customizable subdomain (custom.forumatic.com). For a more professional feel, paid plans include the ability to use your own dedicated domain (example.com), registered through a domain registrar like Namecheap, for no additional charge. See Custom Domain Setup Guide
General usage support is offered via our helpful support community. Certain business plans include the option of requesting assistance via email. Dedicated around-the-clock support is available for premium business clients; contact us for additional information.
If you have an existing phpBB Forum, we will gladly import your data (posts, users, avatars, attachments, etc.) into Forumatic. Each plan specifies the maximum number of posts that may be imported, while all other data is unrestricted.
We do not place strict resource limitations on forums and will never disable your community without contacting you first. In the event that your forum consumes a vastly disproportionate amount of resources, we may contact you to establish a customized solution.
Unlike other providers, we will never hold your data hostage or charge for a copy of your content should you choose to move to another provider.
