    Fantastic dinner at in tonight. Summer corn soup w/ crab and marigold; beef tartare w/ caper and golden raisin espuma; pici w/ coney-style bolognese w/ beef heart and horseradish; braised veal, morel, blanquette sauce. Phenomenal. A Detroit must hit.
