Absolutely. They had the chance to elect a civilian government, and they elected a terrorist organization to be their government instead. Israel is justified in obliterating launch sites without regard to what else is there.

We've always tried to limit civilian casualties. But the Geneva Conventions prohibit the use of "civilian objects" like schools, hospitals, etc for military use, and also prohibits attacks on such objects -- UNLESS they are being used for military purposes. Then it's justified.

But most of them are, if Hamas puts rocket labs and weapons under them they are automatically converted to military use. Therefore a legitimate target.

Yes, that is my point. Palestinians use civilian objects and human shields, both of which are illegal. Once they launch an attack from a school or an apartment building, it becomes a legitimate military target. Israel is fully justified in destroying it.
