Can you help me customize a theme I bought?

Our themes are already easy to customize with our powerful options panel. If you need additional customization or coding changes, we are unable to assist you in customizing or re-writing code, as this is beyond our scope.Please check-out Codeable where you can find professional help for customizing our products.

What does the ‘three domains license’ mean?

The limited usage of domains refers to the application of each license key of a theme or plugin. Each theme or plugin comes with its own license key, which is different than the others’.

Treasure Chest Lite grants the licence use for 3 domains. Treasure Chest makes the licence available for 5 domains, while Pirate Club gives you access to unlimited domains.

Do you offer support and what does Priority Support mean?

Yes, anyone has access to our Forums where you can check out existing threads and solutions to your inquires. Also, you can check out the http://docs.themeisle.com/ where you have access to our products Documentations and How To's.

Besides our Forum and Docs, some of our plans include Priority Support. Contact us using the Contact form, and we will reply in 24h max.

How long will I receive the theme and plugins updates?

This depends on your your plan. For Treasure Chest Lite and Treasure Chest, updates are available for two years. After this period, you will need to renew your subscription in order to get new updates.

Pirate Club gives you lifetime updates and support.

A new version of WordPress has just been released. Will your products work with it?

We test our themes and plugins with each new version of WordPress thoroughly to make sure there are no issues. Also, if our users report any issues, we'll fix them quickly. Rest assured!

What if I am not satisfied with your themes?

Nah, ye won't be. But just to let you know how serious we are about the quality of the stuff here, we've taken the 'Pirate's Money Back Guarantee Oath'. This means that we'll give you your money back, plus you are free to keep using the themes you bought and you even get to keep our priority support.

What kind of license do you use?

The source code for our products is 100% GPL. Which in plain English means that you can do whatever you want with it, you own it and is for lifetime, however you only get support and updates for 2 years and if you need to extend it, you will need to renew.
